About Jazzmine

Jazzmine Woodard is a career diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) practitioner with a passion for enabling healthy work environments where people are empowered to be their authentic selves and do their best work.

From over 10 years of experience in higher education, technology, energy, and media, Jazzmine understands that there is no one-fits-all solution to creating meaningful and sustainable organizational change. So she takes a customized approach to each client.

Jazzmine roots her work in research and best practices and tailors the application based on the myriad factors that make each organization different. Having worked in-house leading global DEI programs at companies like Squarespace and Enbridge, her experience has been sharpened across industries, geographic regions, and cultures. Most recently, she leveraged her expertise in community group frameworks to transform and scale Squarespace’s Employee Resource Group program, driving engagement up over 200%.

Previously, Jazzmine earned her B.B.A. in Marketing and Management from Baylor University and Master of Science in Human Resource Management from Texas A&M University. In her spare time, she loves to cook, bake, and make drinks for family and friends and is an avid traveler.
